Sara Dziuk is executive director of College Possible Minnesota. In her role, Sara is responsible for all day-to-day management and operational issues, leading strategic organizational development, raising funds, coordinating communications and building relationships with partner organizations throughout Minnesota.
As Executive Director for The BrandLab, Ellen’s responsibilities include, but are never limited to: developing a strong board of directors, guiding strategic direction, ensuring financial success, inspiring the staff and always making time to truly get to know the participants The BrandLab serves.
Paul Ramsour is the founder of Elpis. In addition to Elpis, as the Program Director at the Minneapolis Jaycees Charitable Foundation, Paul helped design several other innovative youth programs, including Youth Networks and Bolder Options. He has a background in the hospitality business and a Master of Education in Youth Development Leadership from the University of Minnesota.
In 2015, Kelsey let her passion for helping others lead her to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. For three years leading up to her transition into nonprofit, she had been volunteering with the Foundation after her niece was diagnosed at birth with CF. Making her everyday career about helping her niece and other families work towards finding a cure was something that just simply clicked for her. Now two years later, she has been leading the growth on the CF Foundations events including the Brewer’s Ball and their Young Professionals Twin Cities Finest event as a Development Manager.

Erich Mische is the Executive Director of Spare Key, a multi-state, nonprofit organization serving critically ill and seriously injured children by providing housing grants on behalf of their families. Erich oversees staff management, fundraising, marketing and public relations, as well as maintaining and managing relations with a 21-member Board of Directors.
Mische’s career has been as diverse as owning and running a gas station at the age of 13 to being the first person to blow the whistles of the ill-fated Titanic 87 years after its sinking in an internationally covered spectacle at the St. Paul Union Depot. He is passionate about small nonprofits and giving them a voice in a state that has nearly as many nonprofits as it has lakes.
