New Faces and Promotions

Over the past few months, Weber Shandwick Minneapolis has been pleased to welcome a number of new colleagues to our team, in addition to promoting some very well deserving existing colleagues.

Evan Miller recently joined the organization as Vice President, Client Experience, Healthcare. He brings extensive knowledge and experience having directing integrated communications campaigns for corporations and clients that span the health industry, working in the space for 15 years. Evan’s current work encompasses product and issues-related communications supporting various biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device clients. Prior to joining Weber, Evan led global corporate communications for Smiths Medical.


Laurel Hood joined Weber Shandwick Minneapolis in early April as a Director, Client Experience, Healthcare. Previously Laurel has worked at St. Jude/Abbott, the University of Minnesota Academic Health Center, Aveda and Target. She has a strong background in medical device and pharmaceuticals and will be supporting a variety of those clients in this new role. She also brings consumer health and lifestyle experience from her work with Aveda, and crisis communications expertise from her time at Target.


Forest Taylor recently joined Weber Shandwick Minneapolis as a Director, Digital and Brand Strategy. In this role, he will join the strategic planning team and lead digital strategy for a variety of clients across the agency and practice groups. Forest brings more than ten years of experience in strategic planning in digital and social media at marketing and advertising agencies here in Minneapolis as well as San Diego and San Francisco. His previous clients span across nearly every industry, including consumer brands, healthcare, food and beverage, technology and more.



Sarah Lundberg joined as a Jr. Associate, Integrated Media, Corporate. Sarah was previously a Weber Shandwick intern and the team is thrilled to have her join the organization full time. Since joining as an intern last fall, Sarah has made herself a valuable member of several corporate, public affairs and financial services account teams and jumped in to lend a much-needed hand on countless other projects.



Kim Le, Jr. Associate, Client Experience, Technology, joined Weber Shandwick recently and is supporting a variety of technology and healthcare clients. Kim has previous communications experience from Be The Match, FTI Consulting (Singapore), Interel Consulting Group (London) and Ogilvy (Vietnam) across event planning, social media, public affairs and media relations, so she brings a unique global perspective to client work. Kim is a recent graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College with a Communication Studies degree and Film & Media studies minor.



Weber Shandwick Minneapolis also welcomed Consumer group intern Claire Keller, who will support a range of clients across industries. Claire comes from Dockside in Madeline Island, Wis. where she was most recently a buyer and social media coordinator. Previously Claire has also worked with Minnesota Monthly, Midwest Home, KPLU (NPR affiliate), Seattle Met Bride & Groom magazines and UNESCO. Claire studied abroad in Norway and Denmark, is fluent in Norwegian and has visited roughly 20 countries across four continents. She graduated from Pacific Lutheran University.
